Hands down the best shell that I have ever owned. I skied on the east coast last season in all types of weather including rain, and I never had any moisture get through the jacket. Additionally the jacket is very versatile. I skinned, competed and free skied with the shell last year and it was perfect for each discipline. I especially liked having zippers under each arm to keep cool while skinning.
I was eager to see what Indershield was all about and it was truly a great experience. I've worn just about everything in the mountains from Goretex pro to crappy windbreakers and Indershield might be the most comfortable and protective material I've ever experienced. Stayed dry all season, was comfortable everyday, and it's weight and texture is just perfect. I think this is the best gear any brand's released to this point by far. Strongly recommend if you need a top performing winter shell.

Construction

- All seams are sealed with seam tape
Seam tape prevents any chance of water leaking through the seams of the shell. This is to ensure waterproofness throughout the entire shell jacket. It also provides extra strength to the shells construction.
- Front pockets are stitched and taped for extra strength
We stitch and seam tape the pockets for reinforced strength.
