Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@indersity.com with your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that your item is in new condition with tags.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns in the US are free. International return label costs will be deducted from the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To exchange your item you must go through the same process as a return. The first step is to contact us with your order number, desired exchange, and confirmation that it's in new condition with tags. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Limited Three Year Warranty

All of our branded products are covered by a Limited Three Year Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first three years from when the customer receives their product.

 

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it without charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Proof of purchase may be required.

 

The products eligible for the Limited Three Year Warranty are covered to the original owner, and coverage is nontransferable (except where prohibited by law).


What is not covered by warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear. This includes fading of fabric, seam tape deterioration, and overall deterioration of fabric and moving parts that is to be expected with time.  We will not repair or replace normal wear and tear.
  • Damage from use or misuse such as rips, tears, burns, holes, pole breakage, and stains.
  • Products that have not been properly cared for or have endured excessive use leading to a shorter product life.
  • Products that have been altered or modified from their original condition when purchased.
  • Products not purchased from Indersity, an Indersity authorized retailer or seller, including unauthorized Internet sites.
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations to product not completed through Indersity's Warranty and Repair program at a time when the product would have been covered by our warranty.

 

Warranty Claims

We want to help you get your gear back in action. Here’s how our warranty claims process works:

  1. Submit an online claim by reaching out to info@indersity.com. Be sure to have photos of your damaged product ready to submit and our customer service team will respond to your claim. Proof of purchase may be required.
  2. If your defective product falls under our warranty, we will offer you a replacement, store credit, or repair depending on the item. Replacements and store credit will be issued upon receipt of the defective item at our warehouse.
